Our inspectors are Certified Professional Inspectors CPI® trained by InterNACHI, the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, which is the world's largest nonprofit association providing education, training, and certification for residential and commercial property inspectors (www.NACHI.org).
To maintain their membership in good standing, all InterNACHI-Certified Professional Inspectors CPI® are required to pass an Inspector Exam, follow comprehensive Standards of Practice, abide by a strict Code of Ethics, and complete accredited Continuing Education courses each year.

Before becoming certified, our inspectors completed rigorous inspection courses covering both interior and exterior aspects of homes, including common and major areas of concern for homebuyers like the foundation, heating and cooling, roof, plumbing, and electrical systems. They are proud graduates of InterNACHI® School, the world's only home inspector college offering the nationally-accredited Home Inspector Certificate Program.

With the Honor Guarantee, InterNACHI® will cover up to $25,000 (USD; maximum collective aggregate) for the replacement cost of personal property lost during an inspection, provided it was stolen by an InterNACHI®-certified member who was convicted of or pleaded guilty (or no contest) to any criminal charge related to taking the client's personal property. This coverage applies to incidents where the property is not recovered, restituted, or insured.

If necessary, any action against InterNACHI® regarding this Honor Guarantee will be exclusively handled in the District Court of Boulder County, Colorado. Rest assured, the Honor Guarantee is valid and applicable throughout the United States and Canada. Your trust and satisfaction are our top priorities.
